Nothing to show
You have finished a dozen projects and the only record is photos on a superintendent's phone.
PROJECT STORIES FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDERS, CONTRACTORS AND TRADES
You build things that matter. We make sure people see it.
We turn your real projects into proof that closes deals faster, keeps stakeholders confident, and attracts the best tradespeople.
Local crews across Central Ohio. Vetted crews nationwide.
THE PROOF PROBLEM
The people choosing who gets the job. The people paying for it. The tradesperson deciding where to work next. Three different decisions, and not one of them is made by somebody who has seen you work.
The difference is out on your projects. It is in the call your PM made when the drawings were wrong. The problem you found before it became the owner's problem. The work you stood behind after the invoice was paid.
None of that leaves the site. We bring it back, and put it where the decision gets made.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You have finished a dozen projects and the only record is photos on a superintendent's phone.
Your estimator sends the number and then waits. There is nothing to send on Thursday that is not a nudge.
The owner is in another city reading a written report. He asks the same three questions every month.
You are short on every job and your careers page has a photo on it you bought from a website.
WHAT YOU GET
01
Two to three minutes. The job start to finish, told by the people who did it and the client it was built for. Built for the pre-qual package and the bid presentation. Runs at the trade show booth and on your homepage.
02
Five verticals, fifteen to forty-five seconds each, captioned and ready to post. Some are moments from the job. Some are your people answering the question every buyer asks before they sign. Enough to post every other week for a quarter, not one clip you ration out.
03
A written case study at a link that is yours. It covers the project, the problem, what you did and what the client said. Send it or embed it. Attach it to a proposal.
BUILT AROUND YOUR JOB
You are running a job, not a production. The process is built to take as little from you as possible.
We work around the job. Your crew keeps working. We bring cameras, insurance certificates, PPE and releases.
Whatever the site requires, we handle before anyone shows up. You chase nothing.
We interview, edit, write and build the page. You approve it once, in one place.
First cut in fourteen days. If it is late, you do not pay.The clock pauses while we wait on your approvals.
WHERE IT GOES
SALES
The committee stops taking your word for it and watches someone who already hired you.
OWNERS, LENDERS, BOARDS
The people funding the work see it in their own time, without another meeting.
HIRING
Your people by name, on the work they did. That beats a job board every time.
IT COMPOUNDS
Do this once a quarter and by the end of the year every bid has a comparable project attached, every open role has real crews behind it, and every stakeholder has something current to look at.
Nobody is digging through a folder of phone photos, because there is no reason to.
THE DEADLINE
The proof is the work, and the work only exists while it is happening. Once the site demobilizes, no version of this can be recovered. Not at any price, not by anyone.
If there is a job running right now that you would want a committee to see, that is the one.

TERMS
Fourteen days after we leave the site, the first cut is in your hands. A day late and the project is free and you keep everything. Only that first cut carries a date, and its clock pauses on your approvals.
Up to a full day on site, on your schedule. We bring our own insurance certificates, PPE and releases, and nobody on your crew gets pulled off the work to stand in front of a camera.
If what we got does not hold up, we book another day and cover it. No change order, no mobilization fee.
PRICING FAQ
Because the deliverables are. Custom scopes are why other vendors take three weeks to send you a proposal. Multi-day builds are the one exception, because the number of visits changes.
Yes. We capture everything on the day. Start with a Site Day, and if you upgrade to a Project Story within thirty days, the full $2,500 comes off.
Then it runs as work for hire. Delivered into your systems and never shown publicly, to named recipients only. Same price.
About three weeks. A week to sort access and scheduling, a day on site, then fourteen days to your first cut. That part we guarantee. What follows depends on how fast approvals come back, which is why we do not put a date on it.
Twenty minutes on camera and a release. We handle the ask if you would rather we did.
Nothing is lost. Visits bank as credits, so if a project is delayed or an owner will not sign a release, spend that month on a crew story, a set of quote answer videos, or a Site Day on another job instead.
The phone already in their pocket. We send a short shot list every week built for the stage the job is in, they film a few clips between tasks, and we do the rest. No app to install, no gear, and nobody from our team on site.
Yes. Central Ohio work is filmed by our local crew with no travel costs. Elsewhere we send a vetted crew from our network, directed by us, with the same deliverables and the same fourteen day guarantee. Travel is quoted at cost.
Yes. Three sites in one day in the same market, with shorter coverage on each. Ask on the call.
We reschedule at no charge and the clock starts from the new date.
The clock pauses. The turnaround is our time, not yours. If the owner sits on a release for three weeks, those three weeks are not counted against us, and the guarantee still stands on the rest.
Yes. Your organized raw archive is included in every package.
You built it. You solved the problems on site. The only thing missing is proof that it happened.
